From me to you

I always think of cool things that I think would be good to blog about. But my mind wanders and it all just swims downstream. Then Blogger won’t work right and I totally get sidetracked and start looking at Celebrity Fashion Faux pas. What was it that I thought would be so cool to blog about? “To blog” a strange new phrase. my boyfriend loves Fear Factor. It is not my cup of tea, particularly. Baser matter. Last night I was barely able to watch American Idol at all, which is okay— (I’m not really all that into the guys this season, anyway, for whatever reason). While I was trying to watch the show, my son was singing to me his covers of all the songs on Green Day’s American Idiot cd. Truly, Atticus’ singing brought a tear to my eye. It was adorable. Here are some notes. But first…. Today, I’ve been attacked by miserable allergies. Lots of cough drops…. They start to get yucky. My sister has re-vamped her blog and it’s really cute! I love it and you will, too. Okay, my opinions regarding the guys last night on A.I. (I call it that, now): 1. Scott: Simon is right…. Amateurish. He’s been in the competition long enough. He’s outta there! Ghandi. Buh-bye. 2. As I sit with notebook and pencil recording random impressions, I realize I had some faith in Bo, but tonight he was reminiscent of a decent karaoke singer. Nothing more. Well, maybe a wedding singer. 3. Anthony Federov—meh. He’s like Bill Gates up there singing. He did his Ricky Martin impression—I mean, maybe he has some talent, but I’m just not feelin’ it. Even Simon said that. 4. Simon is right. (about everything) ;-) I am beginning to think I watch the show just to see Simon? 5. Nikko Smith at least is conceivable as a performer. Travis Tucker’s singing was not impressive. 6. my boyfriend is a really good judge of American Idol. 7. Mario Vazquez was good-“ish” It was Okay. Like a theme park dude, as Simon put it. 8. Constantine was at least interesting. I liked the song. 9. Anwar Robinson is good. 10. I should totally be doing homework right now. I think this is the most links i've ever had in one post!
