are you a fruit? or a nut?

i tried to take a picture today of a man standing on the sidewalk as we drove by. he was dressed as the statue of liberty and was holding some sort of sign. my camera was too slow to get the shot. got some other boring store sign instead. deleted it.

we went to trader joe's in reno. scott had never been to one and wasn't duly impressed. i certainly was. i still like it. but the store was really busy and that was a pain in the ass. carts were everywhere. i couldn't escape the people in every row getting in my way while i tried to browse the dried fruits and nuts collection.
