blueberry boils

last night my dreams had many different disturbing images. i had these boils or zits or something and i hadn't realized they'd been there but when i got home and looked in the mirror they were all over my shoulders and hands and forehead and they were actually some kind of blueberries growing on my skin. i could pick some of them out but some of them were embedded in my skin. the ones on my hands were smaller and when i scraped them off there was dirt underneath. it was like they were growing in my skin. freaky!!
