it depends

it's raining here again.

i need to go to the post office today and i also have an appointment in arcata at noon. mleh. i want to go but i don't. i guess i do. it's at the emma center. for one thing it is free and you can get massages and therapy and there's groups. cuz i have anger issues. anxiety, too. and stuff.

i went outside this morning to have a moment of peace and absorb the nature energy from the trees and the air and birds chirpinng.
but now it's raining
