on the 5th day

i did not watch any fireworks at all last night. instead, i stayed in bed with the baby to soothe her everytime she was startled by the excessive noise of bombs bursting in air, rocket's red glare. i saw no fireworks irl this year. i watched the grand finale on youTube, though. not nearly as impressive as the real thing i am sure. but i have decided that fireworks on the 4th is a display of rampant stupidity in the USA.

but, no offense to you if you like them, i guess.

i love the sound that a spoonful of sugar makes when it is dropped/poured into coffee right when it hits the coffee it goes swoosh.

blog, blog, blog.....

the redundancy of globs, er... i mean blogs in the blogosphere mirrors that of the human being in general. yes, i do think that eventually the wheat will be separated from the chaff. but, in the WEST we are self-obsessed and so are our blogs, generally speaking. i mean how many political blogs do we really need? or sports blogs? or car blogs? or cat blogs? each one is a facet of existence. there is not one BLOG. there are many.
