we are going to watch tenacious d the pick of destiny tonight. i'll be sure to jot down any deep thoughts i have in my handy dandy notebook.

i did something to hurt my shoulder somehow today. probably involving exercise. yesterday, i hurt my back while doing plow/roll/forward fold too vigorously, apparently. it has been fine today, tho. but now my shoulder has a charlie horse.
