it's entertainment. (distraction)

i bought a chunk of watermelon and it said 79 cents a lb. well, i got home and thought i'd spent more than i'd expected to and yep: the chunk of watermelon cost $4.39!! OMG. i never would have bought it if i'd have thought it would cost that much. that is ridiculous. what is watermelon, now? gold? platinum? jeesh.

do you know about twitter? it's a social networking site that's supposed to be the newest thing. it's less than a year old, i think. i guess it's kind of like a mixture of texting and myspace? i just use it as a mini-blog for my sidebar.
