minus infinity


i know lots of stuff about nutrition, but i also forget things and pretend like i don't know them. i know that not-eating at all is counter-productive to metabolism. at eleven this morning i ate a few triscuits, a hard-boiled egg, some steamed squash, brown rice and peas. not a lot, just enough. and some water.

eating something early-ish in the day boosts your metabolism.
