when i was 18, i worked in a store called salty's record attic. my boss's name was Ramona and she was Wayne Newton's biggest fan! we used to listen to one of his first albums when he still sounded just like a girl when he sang. i thought it was a girl. and she was singing about loving other girls. i was like, this girl is a lesbian! but then, i found out it was really a guy. i really loved his voice back then.
